New York, New York

We had a very pleasant visitor for a couple of days from Manhatten. Travis Rogers is thinking of finishing his degree in finance at NMU and was coming for a campus visit. He got in touch with a member of the church and we offered to house him during his visit. He is a very interesting and personable young man. He is originally from California and attended school in England for several years. Hopefully he will return to Marquette to attend school.

The first picture I had of Travis was not too good, so I substituted one from his facebook page. However, it was a good shot of Buddy, so I cropped it and left that part in.

By the way, I'll be taking Susan to New York in March. We'll be there an hour and a half. We are going to Orlando for the annual Trails End Sales seminar and the best air fare routed us from Marquette to Detroit to New York to Orlando. Maybe we'll get "bumped" in NYC.
