Scouting in Laingsburg

A group of Detroit Scouters is celebrating Scouting's Centennial by touring the country in a RV and visiting every Scout Council. The man who had the idea and has been the prime mover in the project was originally from Laingsburg and so the tour kicked off in Laingsburg.
