The fog vanished as we headed north from Cresent City and we viewed spectacular scenery along the Oregon coast. We arrived at Gold Beach about 6 and were hotel shopping when we were greeted by this young buck in the parking lot of the Motel 6. Instead of staying there we opted for a beach front Best Western with a vision of viewing a beautiful sunset over the Pacific. But about 7:30, the fog and mist came in, but were relished the Marquette like temperatures after the heat of Utah and inland Oregon.
